Not as good as online reviews claim! Overall, it's absolutely terrible! I booked two separate periods for a total of 8 days through the Ctrip app. For the first two days, they only changed the towels and emptied the trash in the room! On the 3rd and 4th day, they only came to collect the dirty towels and didn't leave any clean ones, so I had to go to the front desk myself to get them! On the 4th day, I requested again, and they only changed the towels, but didn't bring any face towels or hand towels. The trash still wasn't taken out. PS: I left $4 every day for the room attendant.

Overall it is very nice, clean and very helpful late night and early morning check in. Even though we are first time in NY, late night flight but very just very smooth and pleasant with a very helpful reception girl. All the breakfast ladies are very nice and friendly. Hotel cleaning our room every single day and checking all the amenities for each day needs. Just love that and definitely will be back again and recommend to all our friends de and family. Gym facilities is very new and good enough daily workout….i re ally enjoying

All the services were great! It's just a bit far from the subway station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. Next time I'm in New York, it will still be one of my top choices for accommodation.

The guys ar the customer service are not friendly and welcoming. The guy asked me for money even thought I’ve paid the full amount for the stay. He said it’s only for a day and I need to pay for the other day. And at night we would like to borrow scissors to cut the event waistband but there was no one at the reception. We had to wait for so long. The guy came back and didn’t even ask if we’re okay. He was using the restroom or something else, I don’t know. But for the payment, I asked the lady in the morning and she said sorry and told me that they’ll refund. The room we stayed was okay enough.
