Yes I had an issue staying there, I called ahead and spoke to two different workers/employees and explain to them my situation. I let them know that I would be arriving very early roughly 7 o’clock in the morning, I asked then if I could use the parking garage that early, so that my family and I could sightsee and then come back at check-in time and check into our hotel. I also asked them if that would be an issue and if there would be any additional prices or fees. They assured me that there would be no additional fees and that they talked to the manager and everything will be fine. So we checked in at roughly 730 Friday morning, we checked out roughly 9 AM Saturday morning. When I went to the parking garage, they took the $44 off, but my bill was still $124. They said thats because it was over 24 hours & had to charge me Saturday a.m. rates Remind you I had talked to two separate employees both of which never told me about the 24 hour rule, not even when we finally were able to check in. the whole reason I chose you guys was because of the included parking. I’m highly upset and very unhappy with my stay. I wasn’t going to say anything but check-in took a few hours of us just sitting in the lobby, and that was OK because we thought we were getting a good deal on the room and parking. However with the additional $124 in parking it really just Upset me and kind of ruined my families day. Not to mention that we had a balcony, and had to fold towels around the outside door because our room was cold and had a cold draft coming through our exterior door.
