Really clean and comfortable bed, regardless that the room is quite small but is all you need for nyc. The staff was super nice and friendly, everyone was kind especially Raquel when we checked-in. Highly recommended

Service was friendly and nice. It was a perfect room for single use.
If I come next time, I plan to use it again. It's nice that they can store my luggage for free.

Very good. Great location, right next to Times Square in New York. The front desk is also very friendly. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is relatively small but it is enough for one person.

It was clean and cozy, so it was comfortable to be alone! The location is also within a 5-minute walk from Times Square, so most tourist attractions can be reached on foot. There is a water bottle near the elevator, so you can drink water from the water purifier every time you go out (free). Cleaning service is available the day before or in the morning upon request!
(I wanted to use a microwave, but they said there was no microwave and only hot water was available. Please note!!)
