We originally booked to stay for 4 nights, but for the first three nights we were disturbed by the loud noise from outside every night and couldn't rest all night long. It felt very inappropriate. We negotiated with the hotel to ask for a room change or check-out for a refund. The front desk refused on the grounds that the hotel had already paid the full amount when booking, the room was full, and the manager was not available. We were very helpless. We only went to another hotel on the fourth night. place.
