It was convenient place to go around And amenities were so great to use. Staffs are also kind. So nice memory for our family trip.

One of the most valued hotel stay you could find in NYC. For the price to be on the lower end, the hotel has a rooftop bar that overlooks NYC with Empire State building in sight!

Good staying. Facilities around are very comfortable. Food and stores are very close to hotel. I recommend this hotel!

They dont give free water, the elevator was under maintenance so you needed to wait, the housekeeping was sooo noisy cleaning, you can hear couples through the walls... if not for the location dont go here.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to several subway lines, and it's possible to walk to Times Square. The service was excellent. I arrived early, the hotel stored my luggage and even released the room about 30 minutes before the official check-in time, which helped a lot with planning. The room is decent for New York standards, very clean, comfortable, and with a good bed. The bathroom was clean and functional, despite the use of a curtain instead of a shower stall, which is common in the United States. The hotel's facilities are a major plus, with a bar, a rooftop with views of the Empire State Building, a cozy lobby, and impeccable cleanliness. As a point of attention, the street may have a concentration of homeless people in the early morning due to a nearby breakfast donation point, but after that time it doesn't pose a problem. I am awaiting the return of the security deposit. I have already contacted the hotel by email, as the contact initially available on TripAdvisor returned as non-existent. I believe it's a banking issue and I am waiting for confirmation to finalize the resolution. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very close to Macy's and an easy walk to Times Square. The room was clean and tidy, but I'm not sure why I was given an accessible room when I booked a king-size room. It was a bit strange, but I only stayed for one night. The room was a bit cramped and lacked space. I knew I had to pay over $30 USD when I checked in, but they charged me $250. A week later, they still haven't refunded the remaining balance.

The location was very good and convenient. There was a Japanese supermarket nearby, which is great for Japanese people. I would like to use it again.

It's really worth the money to have such a newly decorated and thoughtful hotel in the old neighborhood. Because I arrived early, a handsome guy at the front desk who looked like a young Jordan was very kind and moved me to a high-rise room. You can see the Empire State Building outside the window! He also gave me a welcome drink and exchanged coins for it, but unfortunately I missed the time because I was out and came back.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the Empire State Building and Times Square. The front desk service is also good, everyone is told the precautions. Coins are also given, which can be exchanged for drinks!

Everything was top-notch! I can only recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, only one of the two elevators was in operation. There were some rather long waits.
