Very nice view. You could leave your luggage at the entrence before or after checking time. One reception lady was extremely mean, no smile face at all in all my checking.

better if you can assign king size bed as what we booked....this time offered twin beds...but single occupancy...

I was in NYC as was my wife for business. The hotel was in a great location and was quiet and clean. The people working at the Hilton were very friendly and helpful.

Location amazing but staff very functional to rule. Took us two hours to get our car from vallet parking .two water bottle per stay is sound like motel rule compared to hilton standards. Locations cover up all bad points

I expected a certain standard from Hilton, especially at this location, but my stay was nothing short of disappointing. First, basic amenities such as toothbrushes and shaving kits were completely absent. Despite requesting them multiple times, no one ever brought them to our room—even though the privacy sign was not on the door. This level of disregard for a guest’s needs is unacceptable at a hotel of this brand and price point. Second, the cleanliness of the room was highly questionable. The headboards were visibly dusty, and the beddings had stains that suggested they may not have been replaced. If corners are being cut here to save costs, it is coming at the expense of guest safety and hygiene. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. For a property carrying the Hilton name in Times Square, one would reasonably anticipate a higher standard of service, cleanliness, and care. Unfortunately, what I experienced was neglect, poor upkeep, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution future guests to consider other options in New York City.

Clean hotel, very attentive staff, it's a shame there's no bottle warmer, knowing that every evening and morning I had to heat the bottle, no one found a solution for me

Hotel Hilton Times Square New York did not gave the buffet breakfast as I payed for. They offer only grab&go breakfast. If I want buffet breakfast (which I allready pay in adwamce 6 month) the stuff advice to pay again and price is 60$ per persone and per day. So I don't want it. Agency Trip.com refaund me overpayed money but I've got the half of price that Hotel Hilton took through my booking. The grab&go breakfast included one sandwich, one peace of fruit snd coffie. But that coffie wasn't chose what you like (for instance capuchino), only american style coffie which I did not used to it. I think that hotel which want to be a class, must not advertised the buffet breakfast if they don't want to offer it. And the price of capuchino is not higher than american style of coffie that will cause problem to this kind of hotel. Other things was ok.

Location good, close to subway. Room is big, good for family. Service is ok, typical NYC experience. Probably would stay again if the price is right.

Great location, we left our wallet in our room, security and the manager of the hotel were kind enough to retrieve it for us with all the money that was inside. Great team!
