All was perfect, as usual. Always coming back here for business trips to New York.

High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work.

We had several problems in our room, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, the speakers in our room didn’t work . We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all.

Could be better Light switches were so hard to operate, The doors are 0% noise proof, Staff bangs doors without thinking about poeple sleeping/ relaxing.

Great stay. There are delicious complimentary breakfast items which we just happened upon this trip so even better.

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy.
