The location is super convenient, just a 1-2 minute walk from Pioneer Square Metro Station. The hotel staff are also very helpful; they saw us standing in the lobby looking at a map and proactively asked if we needed assistance. However, there are quite a few downsides. First, the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty from the moment we checked in. Housekeeping didn't check it when they cleaned the room, and it was only replaced after we left a note. There are three elevators, but sometimes only one is working, leading to long waits. The room is dim, and there's a lack of power outlets near the bed. We spent ages searching before we found two sockets on the base of the table lamp, and one of them was broken. The room is old and the air conditioning is very noisy. Overall, the value for money is just average.

Let me share a lucky experience from yesterday. We unexpectedly had to stay in Manhattan, so my husband started looking for hotels. He found one for $99, but with all the extra fees, it came out to over $170. He kept searching and stumbled upon a Hilton for just $199, which we immediately booked. After booking, I realized it was super close to Times Square, practically right downstairs! There were H&M, AMC, various chain restaurants, and a movie theater nearby – a really lively and central location. We arrived quite late and checked in. After checking in, we went to grab some dinner. Once we finished eating, we headed back to settle into our room. After getting our key, we went up to the 33rd floor, room number 3315. When we got to the 33rd floor and tried to open room 3315, we found the door was latched from the inside with the security lock, so we could only push it open a tiny crack.

The room was generally satisfactory. They provided towels and toiletries, and I was pleasantly surprised to find body lotion. There was a hairdryer, but it wasn't very powerful; it took ages to dry my hair. The hotel didn't provide slippers, but it did have a fridge, microwave, and hangers. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but quite effective. The sign on the mirror said they clean every other day, but I noticed they came daily.

I came to New York alone for Thanksgiving break as a college student. Most hotels in NYC strictly require guests to be 21 or older to check in. After searching for a long time on Trip.com, I finally found this hotel (not a hostel) that allows 18+ guests to check in by themselves. I even had Trip.com customer service confirm it with the hotel, which was a huge help! The location is great, just a short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters, very convenient. I had read reviews about slow elevators, but I hardly experienced any issues during my three-day stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and if I come back to New York before I turn 21, I'd definitely stay here again! 😄

The facilities and location are both excellent, just what you need, nothing more nothing less. The biggest issue, despite being an airport hotel, is that the airport transfer service operates for a very limited time, meaning you have to rely on taxis or Uber for access. Be aware of this! I was also surprised when an airport transfer staff member from another hotel tried to extort a tip from me, saying he'd take me if I paid him.

it is a new hotel but it is under construction during the day time and you can hear the noise in the room and also in the lobby lol… the front desk told me that it will be finished very soon but noise kept coming all day long… the location is good and there is subway station directly to the time square and the restaurants nearby are very diversified and many choices

The room is very small, and the air conditioner is a window unit, which makes a loud sound when it is turned on. The advantage is that you can choose whether it is hot or cold. The hotel has 21 floors, with ten rooms on each floor and two elevators. But often only one elevator is operating. After waiting many times when checking out, the two of us still went out in separate steps. If you have a big suitcase, unfriendly foreigners will directly refuse to let you into the elevator. The hotel is located on a side road, which is more convenient than the hotel on the main street of Fifth Avenue. There are many places to eat or stroll around. It is recommended to save the location so that it is not easy to find. If you just search for the name of the hotel, many with the same name and different addresses will pop up. The requirements are not high, this hotel can be considered

Overall, the transportation is convenient. I noticed that the air conditioner is beautiful, the cooling effect is good, but a bit noisy. The facade upstairs is being renovated, and the door is covered, which is a bit difficult to find.

I’ll start with the positives: the hotel has an excellent location and the breakfasts are really tasty. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was quite disappointing. At check-in, we were told there had been a leak in the room and that there was a stain on the carpet. That wasn’t a huge issue for us. But the room itself was very small — especially around the beds. Looking at the floor plan, other rooms seemed to have a much better layout. Bottled drinking water wasn’t replaced in the room. When we asked, we were told it was “complimentary” — but that didn’t explain why it wasn’t restocked. The TV remote didn’t work — but to be fair, it was replaced quickly. The sink drain was stuck shut — also fixed promptly. Towels weren’t changed until we specifically requested it. When the shampoo ran out, they first brought shower gel and just left it on the bed. After asking again, they replaced it with shampoo — but never refilled the dispenser in the shower, even after several days of housekeeping. The wardrobe for coats is in the far corner of the room, so you can’t hang your jacket by the entrance — you have to walk through the whole room first. Overall, the room was very dusty — thick dust on the safe, wardrobe, and microwave, which clearly hadn’t been wiped in a long time. Great location and breakfast, but the cleanliness and attention to detail really let this hotel down.
