New Taipei City Banqiao District 4-star Hotels

This is my second time staying here at Cham Cham. Fortunately, we can take a local bus from the airport only in an hour for 15x TWD and the bus stop is surprisingly in front of the hotel. Room service is great, cleaning our room every day. The bathroom is the MVP. Next time in Taipei, I am going to stay here again.

The hotel service is really good. When I brought a baby out, I asked the hotel to prepare a crib, a bottle sterilizer, and a baby bath. The hotel took all the orders and prepared everything. It was really great. I will stay here again next time.

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed during my Taiwan trip. Previously my friend booked the stay from their website for 2 nights during NYE. (1 night Budget 1 night standard) They gave us a Free upgrade from standard room to Business room! Love their service and I love the amenities provided! It’s very near 府中subway station and is closed to Family mart. We purchased the breakfast for one day. Lots of varieties and I would say it’s a decent breakfast. I booked this hotel again when I was back from my Jiu Fen trip cause I honestly think this is the best hotel that I have stayed in Taipei. The only downside is that there was an unpleasant smell (smoking) from the aircon for a while in the morning. Other than that, the room is spacious and clean!

Hotel facilities are not bad Sound insulation is also very good with a jacuzzi and oven Suitable for small family travel Singing around the food department store is very close It is within 10 minutes walk from Fuzhong MRT and bus station sign.

The location was excellent and plenty of food and malls nearby within walking distance. Hotel looks very new and modern so in this area, the hotel was excellent. However, a few issues cropped up. 1. I had arrival earlier in the morning (7am+) due to an early flight. I am a frequent traveller for the last 20 years and have never encounter a hotel that doesn't allow me to check-in 1st. I can understand I was early and thus would not be able to be given a room card so early. But I was told specifically by the concierge that I cannot go to the front desk and do the check-in procedure 1st. As in the morning, they only allowed for check out procedure. This really blew my mind. Why would a hotel expect everyone to only check in at 2.30pm if it could reduce the check in crowd? I was happy to understand that I could only get my room after 2.30pm. But not allowing me to do check in procedure 1st is just weird. 2. The room given to me was a smaller room than all other rooms on the floor of 19. First room on the right from the lifts. Not like the one I had booked with the pictures. There was no power socket anywhere near the bed. Neither left or right of the bed. First time ever! Charging my phone meant running my own power extension to outside the toilet door. Very unfriendly for business travelers as there was no proper desk with power socket. Power socket was also not universal, so do bring your converters. I come to Taiwan very often but was quite disappointed with the above. Other than the above, my stay was great.

This hotel is undoubtedly a true paradise. From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be blown away by the beauty and luxury of this place. Every corner exudes the u**ost refinement and detail, from the comfortable rooms to the gorgeous restaurants, and every detail is truly impressive. The hotel staff are also very warm and professional, always making you feel the warmth of home. This hotel is definitely a perfect vacation destination, allowing you to relax and unwind in a luxurious and comfortable environment, and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

Location is great with excellent view over the fisherman’s wharf. However, the arrival experience was quite awkward as once I got up to the room, there were two housekeeping carts right in front of my room and the room door was opened, this gave me an impression that the room was not ready. Besides, service from the Front Desk lady will need to improve as she gave me quite an awkward attitude upon both arrival and departure.

The facilities are good. The public soup here is only available for those aged 12 and above. It is the best soup. Family travelers should be careful, but the water quality here is super good.

2017 Dec 17-19. The family with the extended family had our quick getaway to Taipei. The trip consists mostly of zoo visit and tours. We had a glorious time, so we never managed to experience the hotel facilities too much. The proximity of the place to the tourist areas and price were consideration for the booking.
