Best Western New Smyrna Beach Hotel Suites

Very nice location with access to the beach. The pool was open, and the parking was ok. A few cons are they don't allow smoking on the property, and they allow dogs, so the smell of dirty, wet dogs can be bad at times.

Nice room and location but front desk service is not good. People in front desk look not happy and not able to help

It was a clean pleasant place to stay. Great location. It would’ve been perfect if there wasn’t any construction going on the week I was there.

Room was in good condition, a bit noisy at night, dated property with reasonable upkeep. I didn’t car for the additional parking fee when there were hardly any cars in the parking area.

Clean, comfortable but the bathroom had a couple maintenance issue. Main one the back of the toilet was very loose and seemed like it might fall off any time we flushed. Other thing was there were tons of spider webs undercthe sinks but was on visible if kneeling down or sitting on toilet. Overall great visit.

The staff were great overall. Special standouts were Amy and Brittni. They made sure guest satisfaction was of ultimate importance. I can't say enough about them. Hannah was alos very understanding and ensured our concerns were brought to the day team.

The door blinds in the room were broken, the blinds on the window wouldn’t pull up, the kitchen sink was dirty. The beach was closed so I couldn’t even access it from hotel. They didn’t tell me what the internet code was, it was not listed on any of the information in the room. Had to call front desk which took many tries to get thru. Ice machines only on a few floors. Really not impressed for a one night stay to spend at the beach. Way too expensive for what I got.

Room was clean and spacious. I love sitting on the balcony for the ocean sound but the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t hear anything else which was a huge bummer.

Hannah was very helpful on check-in. We had something come up unexpectedly & could only stay the 1st night. She took care of it expertly. Room itself (King w/balcony & separate room w/sofa sleeper & its own balcony & TV) was spacious. Yes, the facility and room looks somewhat dated but it was clean, no "critters" and everything functioned as you would expect. Better than some of the reviews would indicate.
