The location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

Pleasant staff. Clean property.
Slightly dated. carpets, furniture and fixtures show the age. Probably it is by design to keep the old charm

It’s impossible to find any flaws at this hotel. The entire staff are the best anywhere! This stay we were in a large room with separate sitting area, but all the rooms are comfortable. Concierge level was excellent as well. Thanks for another memorable stay! Merry Christmas!

Everything was top notch here. The service the cleanliness and the location was excellent. The only thing that stands out to me was the bed was too soft but manageable. ****** was literally right across the street and bourbon st was a 15 minute walk. Definitely will come back and stay here

They couldn’t get our bill right kept charging use for extra stuff, Came to our room said we should be checking out, but we had one more day. I wasn’t very happy but a lady named Hailey tried to make it right.
