The shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

Room was like a studio apartment. It was pretty chill and cozy actually. Only setback was no one being at the front desk most of the time and having to check out at the main hotel down the block. It was a decent room overall tho

The shower doesn’t have warm water let alone hot. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Room layout needs better set up. No staff. Was given a washcloth that looked like it been in a war. Great location and room size but the above weights more.

we got the room that was smaller and did not had a bathtub, even though we deliberately asked for it. front desk stuff was extremely rude and said it's not his problem, before starting to curse at me and my wife. the worst experience we ever had in hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE!

The advertised coffee service was across the street, and always cold, no matter what time. The rooms were never cleaned properly, no matter how many times we requested. We were told " due to low booking level, there is no housekeeping in the afternnoons. I would never stay in this hotel again, or recommend it to anyone.

Thermostat was for decoration only Mattress was hard-thought about sleeping on The floor Plumbing LOUD-heard showers and flushing all night long

No hot water, bathroom light out, no coffee, ran out of tp, so much noise from hall/other rooms/outside. Didn’t sleep at all.
