New Orleans Courtyard Hotel by the French Quarter

Great location, cool vibe, helpful staff, historic building, let the shower run for awhile and hot water will come eventually!

Staff was very kind asked for no room service, but they went in anyway. The rooms have no insulation, you could hear every word the people up stairs and next door were saying needless to say it made sleeping difficult, no refrigerator. We had greater expectations, and should not have booked through *******.

They were very accommodating for our large family with little kids. Close to Mardi Gras celebrations.

Staff were good. But no hot water in room for 2 days. Its an old building. Staying in character time . But needs to be hot water in room and deadbolt lock in rooms

The room was ok nothing fancy had to fidget with the remote for a while to get the tv to work, took a later shower(10 am) and no hot water.

It’s a beautiful historical building. The staff was very friendly, easy check-in and checkout.

Hotel is a 15min walk to both Bourbon and Frenchman St. If only they added a mini fridge to the rooms I'd rate even higher.

We were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, beds hadn’t even been made. We were placed in another room, that hadn’t been finished cleaning. Front desk employee was rude and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. We were only allowed 1 key for the 4 of us. Asked to speak to the manager on the phone, the front desk employee explained the situation to her and her response was, if they don’t like it, they can leave. Had we have not pre paid for the room, we would have left. Other guests experienced the same. I will not stay at this establishment again, nor would u recommend it.
