We stayed i this hotel on our last night in India. It is very well located, close to the airport. Our local guide had booked it for us and we raised our concerns when reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. Our guide contacted the hotel before our arrival and made sure the rooms were ready for us. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed one night at this hotel arranged by an airline due to a flight connection problem. I do not know the accommodation fee, but I do not want to use it again. There were no towels in the room I was given. I requested it from the front desk, but it was not delivered. I received it the next day after inquiring 6 times. No amenities. I requested it but never received it. Even though it was late at night, I could not sleep well because of the continuous hitting sound. Due to the above, the rating of this hotel is negative.

After a month in India, I had already learned to rephrase my expectations in terms of hotel accommodations, but the Saptagiri beats them all. Dirty, fetid, noisy, squalid - we had booked a double room for some time (not a double) obviously they hadn't understood, or had pretended not to understand, to our complaints they said: ok, no problem, we'll add a single bed... pity that the single bed turns out to be a rectangle of filthy foam rubber, 2 cm thick, with a dusty sheet on top, placed directly on the floor - so also no, thanks. The only good point is that the hotel is only 10 or 15 minutes from the airport, which is convenient for those who have to catch a flight in the middle of the night like us - which is in fact why we ended up there - too bad we also had to spend the whole previous night there.
