Airport Hotel Green Heights

Never believe their reviews on ***********, the worst hotel, not clean, dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow, dirty toilet, nothing is good except the fan in the room, never believe *********** review, no complimentary breakfast, far away from the main road

Well where to start. We booked that hotel for two nights via ***********. The horror started already at the airport when the “pick up” service let me wait in front of airport for 40 minutes in 40degree WITH A BABY! When the driver finally arrived I had to walk 15 minutes with my child on my arm from terminal to where he parked the car. It turned out that there was another passenger of another hotel was “picked up” by the same taxi. So it took another 45 minutes to drop that other person at his location till we finally arrived at the hotel. They show a fake location on booking, the hotel is NOT right at the airport! The staff is unbelievable rude. There were two guys, maybe 22/23 years old. They straight became very aggressive when I complained about the pick up. The room was dirty and the walls were full of moths. One of the receptionist guys sat late night in front of the guest rooms playing very loud videos on his phone and drinking whiskey. Even When I asked him to turn the volume down or use headphones as our baby was sleeping he just continued the same way. My husband arrived later by car. When we woke up next morning the first thing we found in front of the guest rooms was the receptionist passed out with a huge spot of PUKE next to him. HE JUST VOMITED ON THE FLOOR! The other guy was laying drunk at the reception. We were so shocked and decided to leave immediately. My attempt to inform them about our leaving was unsuccessful as they were to drunk to recognize anything! After that horrific experience I was desperately waiting for the email to give them a rating as I think people need to know what’s going on there. But instead of the review-link I received an email thanking for admitting a review for my stay 😲 I checked it out and they literally FAKED my review and gave themselves a 10/10 rating in my name!!!! I don’t know how they hacked into my email or booking account but even after complaining at *********** itself I can’t delete that rating! Every 10.0 rating without a personal comment for their hotel on booking is FAKE !!
