Airport Hotel Classic Park

Worst experience, ****** hotel. I booked for the hotel and payed for it in advance. After reaching the hotel, they sent me to a sister hotel which was very dirty, un hygienic, broken doors and dirty beds. Mind you, I booked this hotel three days in advance and I kept in touch with the manager on WhatsApp app throughout my journey. Unfortunately they didn’t even let me reach the hotel I booked, they just sent me to some hotel. I slept outside, got sick and currently I am on treatment because it was cold considering it’s winter in India now. You can have a look at the pictures of the room they wanted me to sleep in.

Great location with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is gorgeous and the room is lovely and spacious.

Hotel did not accept our cancellation request made in advance. We did not end up staying due to excessively concerning reviews on Trip com and other sites abou thet hotel's shady practices. The positive reviews are obtained by tricking customers

The bedroom was ok, service good but bathroom was a disaster. The was water was leaking from pipe and cleanliness was below average.

I stay here and it was very good experience, especially the service was excellent

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

I really liked the hotel staff and services. Unlike other places in New Delhi. They don't cheat and ask for extra money. Room was very spacious. It was worth the money. You can stay here alone or with your friends. They have room service available. I ordered food at 3 AM. It came in proper time and the quality was good as well. Bathroom , showers, soap, wifi . They have all aminities This place is 6 to 7km nearby airport. So i would recommended people to book their stay here.
