房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

From the minute we got to the hotel we knew we had chose well, our room was spotless & everything we would need was there. The staff on front desk were so helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay the best. Especially the young lady on front desk every day of our stay was so attentive. The staff in the beefeater where we had our meals were really welcoming and made our stay enjoyable, they were accommodating every time. Will certainly be back again soon

Handy for business park but bedrooms are cold - bathroom cold too. Heating doesn’t work either ! Right next door to a beefeater with the usual “fayre” - my evening meal was “average” at best. However staff here were really good !!!

Nice enough staff but the most disappointing fact was we asked for a room clean as we were staying two nights and it didn’t happen when this was pointed out all we got was one set of clean towels left on our unmade bed no clean cups no bins emptied no bed made Unfortunately the cooked breakfast was stone cold both mornings and the fresh juice was more like squash

Lovely Premier Inn clean friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Super having the Beefeater pub attached. Very close to Poppleton Park and ride. Superb cheap way of getting into York City Centre.

Great stay. Have stayed here a few times in the past it works for me. Rooms are clean beds comfortable. Will always supply more tea and coffee if need be. Breakfast is always good, always plenty of choice. Didn't have evening meal this time but have previously and thought the food was good. Would recommend.

Stayed for the weekend visiting family. Staff on arrival and departure very pleasant although only one on reception and she had quite a few people to check in. Asked what we had planned during our stay. Communal areas were quite grubby but room was clean. Little bit of damp on ceiling (2nd floor)) Shower was cool even turned to full heat. Booked bed and breakfast for the two nights. Breakfast was good on the whole. Could do with an extra coffee machine. Juice jugs very heavy to pick up when full. Shout out to Mitchell who kept the busy breakfast service running very smoothly. Made sure my husband received crispy bacon - thank you.

A convenient location. Handy for two park and rides with easy access to York city. The hotel was comfortable with the usual amenities provided. Toiletries and linen. However, my room was next to the stair which was busy. People were disrespectful of other people wishing to sleep at night. There was a compressor noise which kept me awake. We couldn’t find the source of this noise unfortunately.

Easy in, easy food, easy sleep, easy breakfast, easy out. My only issue was the car parking - never seen so many vans taking up the majority of the car park had to park around the back out of sight, concerned about car security. Otherwise good.
