We stayed 2 nights. Upon walking in lobby, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. No one greeted us at the desk. Lobby needed updating. Needed a scrubbing and painting. The janitorial cleaning cart was parked out in the open in front of the restaurant. Our room faced the Mediterranean Sea with a balcony. Upon arrival we saw the sp****ly furnished room. No pictures. White walls. One mirror. We had a balcony, the sliding glass door was sealed off with black duck tape. Which was peeling off. The curtains in the living and bedrooms are in bad need of cleaning they are soiled. The outlets are outdated so our electric converter would not work. Bedroom did have carpet. It was soiled in numerous spots. The baseboard was rotted. The bed was pretty hard, but the sheets were clean. The safe didn’t work. The bathroom was way outdated. Floors needed scrubbing. Bath Tub had been repaired and also needed scrubbing. The towels were probably 15 years old. The sink was just okay clean. One morning someone was cooking in their room.... strong garlic and spicey... filled our bedroom with stink... but it did go away. I travel all over the US and have traveled to Europe many times... this was one of the top 3 worst hotels. The hallways looked like a hospital, old one at that. The restaurant only served buffet style meals. We had breakfast an dinner and the food was good. Very fresh. Once we got to know the servers they were very accommodating. You just have to engage with them, same at the front desk clerks. No bar. No room service. The hotel is in a nice location. Directly accords from the sea and within walking distance of downtown. Nothing relaxing about the hotel. THEY NEED to SERIOUSLY SCRUB this hotel and clean everything... and UPDATE... as it is NOT a place I would stay again or recommend. Shame on Ramada Inn and Wyndham for showing beautiful pictures of this property all fresh and clean and up to date... it is no where near represents the accommodations they offer. See pictures.

After looking for a Hotel and having great disappointments this Hotel offered us all what we needed after a very busy working week in Israel , we wish we would have found it on the first place ! Still we were received by a wonderful Receptionist and staff that made us feel comfortable from the very first moment . Our stay was short but incredible , the suite 20 th floor had the most incredible view , comfortable and clean . Having had a problem with printing our PCR we were helped by the receptionists without any problem. Excellent breafast too !...Iwould recommend the cheesecake , was very good . So I hope this Hotel will get more positive rating and if not ... just pay a visit and have your own conclusion !!
