Festa Panorama Couple early May Jet 2 Lovely Hotel Great position with lovely views across the water to Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. As other reviews have mentioned very handy for UNESCO World Heritage site of Nessebur Old Town. Lovely walk to Old Town via seafront or main road. Great pool overlooking the sea enjoyed by guests and seagulls alike but not usually at the same time! Excellent service from all Reception Staff they are a credit to the hotel especially the very helpful Christina who went out of her way with everything especially advising on routes and destinations of interest. Many thanks for your local knowledge, tips and advice which made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Cannot thank you enough. Special thanks to the ever present Bell Boy for his valuable assistance and willing help. Our thanks and best wishes to you all. Our room was very good with the views across the pool and to the sea and coast line in the distance. Plenty of HD channels on the modern flat screen TV. The new chef puts out excellent well-cooked tasty food. He is a good acquisition to the hotel which tries very hard to please. Unfortunately the invitation for free a La Carte meal per stay was not so good. We hope others who give it a try fare better than we did. The service was snails pace, the food cold and the strange attitude and behaviour of the blonde lady in charge of overseeing was bizarre. We were early season so not everything was in full swing but that is our choice for cost and not too much intense sun. The down side to travelling in Bulgaria is the condition of the roads particularly the major and many pot holes which are damaging to the hire cars. We would have travelled and toured further had it not been for this on the major and minor roads specially the coast road from Nessebur to Varna. In early May the resorts were by no means in full swing and were just getting going for the season. No fault of the Hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay with the excellent staff of the hotel and would highly recommend holidaying there nearer to full season swing. All in all a very good hotel with great staff contributed very much to our enjoyable stay. Thanks Christina and all the staff. Kind regards from Jean and Keith.

Great hotel, glad i didnt listen to some of the reviews. The animation team are brilliant and do a great job, the lads behind the bar are friendly and fun. The hotel itself the staff are helpful and the only negative is it can be hard to get a sunbed depending on the time you arrive at the pool and busy times at the restaurant you may not get a table straightaway. Food was good and plenty of choice even jars of baby food on offer. The all inclusive is great with drinks served till midnight and even ice lollies at the pool. Rooms are a decent size and very clean. Great week, will definitely return even if its just for the water polo rematch with animation guys!

ok,, lets start with the negatives,, some of the staff are a little lack lustre and a bit on the dour side,, some others were really nice and a credit to the hotel,, hotel entertainment wasnt that great but they tried the hotel itself was nice and clean and reminded me of a premier inn with carpets everywhere so no noise in corridors etc etc has a small gym but you can easily sort yourself out a little circuit if you so wish indoor pool was good as was the jacuzzi the main outdoor pool was cold but once in you got used to it ,, always clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds, in fact there were more empty beds than occupied all day,, only downside was half the terrace is in the shade by 3 ish ,, but hotel cant be blamed for the sun moving in its direction lol the resteraunt has cooking stations where you can get fresh omelettes with breakfast and fresh pasta and steaks of an evening most of the food is buffet style and if you like chicken, pork and beef then its on most nights,, the quality isnt too bad but it gets a little repetetive, you wont go wrong with the breakfasts though there is a small pool bar that does drinks and limited snacks like chips and toasties and a freezer with proper ice cream lollies the main lobby bar is fairly big although we tended to get our drinks then go outside by the pool,, there was some confusion on all inclusive drinks as they wanted to charge for some types of drinks baileys etc etc the beer wine and the gins were really good but some of the cocktails were a bit sickly sweet the hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk into sunny beach about half hour walk and the same for walking into the old town,, quite a nice walk and felt completely safe we stayed last week september 1st week october,, hotel was fairly quiet and most of the guests were aged in the 50's and over so wouldnt really advise any young ravers to go to this hotel at this time unless just using it as a base couple of bars and resteraunts nearby were all ok and fairly cheap as is most of bulgaria would i stay at this hotel again,, probably

We had a really great week at the Festa Panorama in Nessebar. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room was really nice and clean with lots of space a super comfy bed. The TV even had some English programmes and movies. The hotel was kept really clean inside and out with staff almost constantly cleaning. The buffet style restaurant provided a good range of food with an excellent salad bar and gateaux selection. There were some great vegetable dishes and some really nice home made soups too. Breakfast featured amazing freshly cooked omelette with streaky bacon, fried eggs and the scrambled eggs were also cooked to perfection as was the egg/cheese souffle which was really tasty. Hot and cold drinks were available from 0630 to 2200 hours each day and the local Bulgarian lager on tap was really good too. The single visit to the al-a-carte restaurant is worth a visit, the fish was sublime and the Panacotta desert was just out of this world. So lots of positives in staying here and we would defo book again. Despite all of the positives though there were a couple of very minor negatives. The European sausages were just not up to Brit standards and the Black teabags left a lot to be desired. So defo take your own teabags with you. Also being a buffet style restaurant serving many people the meals could be a bit samey sometimes but we never had a problem finding plenty of great food to eat. Tables were cleared quickly, Oh I nearly forgot, the egg mayo was mega only problem was it was only served on one day. We booked all-inclusive through jet2

We went over October half term. The hotel was extremely quiet, and I will share the positive and negatives of our trip, but actually overall for us it was a lovely holiday, just not perhaps as advertised, we would stay here again but not at the end of season. Positives: It was quiet, not many queues at the bar The hotel was spotless The staff were friendly and polite The lady who cooks the omelettes works so hard and they were delicious The lobby bar was quiet which meant we could always get a seat Lovely location very close to the beach and a short walk to old Nesebar The all inclusive food was fine, it’s what you expect from an all inclusive I had a dental issue and the receptionist was very helpful in signposting me where to go There is a reasonable range of drinks on all inclusive (alcoholic and non alcoholic) the staff kindly made my children a non alcoholic cocktail which was lovely I like how you have to go to a “bar” at lunch time rather than help yourself for alcohol There was a lovely range of salads and fruit The housekeeping were good and ensured we had fresh towels daily The park was great for the kids The ping pong tables were really lovely and a pleasant surprise to see the bats and balls were there! Stunning views We stayed in a suite which was perfect for two adults and two children (the sofa bed does extend more than in the picture) but it should be noted there is no door between the two rooms (not a problem but we assumed there was) Negatives: There were occasions where there were no bar staff to be found The animation was not good, we had to request a mini disco (which had ended due to no children staying at the hotel- that night about 20 children went!) and there was nothing as advertised like the Bulgarian folk dancers which we would have loved to have seen We could not get booked at the a la carte restaurant as it was fully booked (I stuck my head in on the Friday night and it was empty) The kids club was awful, and only available till the Thursday (we went Monday-Monday) our kids went and we got a phone call saying they wanted to come back- very unlike our kids and they said they just did colouring in the kids club room. The pool bar was only open once and on the quietest day- that said for us this was not a problem as we just went to the lobby bar There were no snacks available as advertised eg burgers/ice cream. They did put some sandwiches out when someone complained The indoor pool was bleak and the jacuzzi was really vile (obviously we did not get in that 😂) So overall a nice stay, but there were some issues. Not linked to the hotel, but it was very quiet so when we walked to sunny beach it felt post apocalyptic it was so deserted! But worth mentioning if anyone is thinking of booking October half term. Old Nesebar was still mainly open and it an absolutely beautiful place to visit and only 20-25 minutes walk away. We visited several times.

Came here for a 6 night break with my partner. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel.. the hotel itself is absolutely spotless but the food and entertainment were awful. I know we went out of season but come 11pm the music is off and there is nowhere to go at all. We would’ve even paid for drinks past midnight if the music was kept on for a little bit. As for the food if you like pasta and chips then you’re okay. We wouldn’t come back only because of the entertainment as we could eat out.. I don’t believe this is animations fault as it was out of season so the hotel manager should keep something going for guests who are on their holidays.. even if drinks are chargeable. Nice little trip and the receptionist is lovely and so so helpful!

The hotel is lovely, rooms big and on a whole very clean. And excellent views!! Close to the beach. Bus right outside and very cheap, the no 5 goes to old town for 2 lev, do NOT use the taxis as they are very expensive! Charged 20 lev just to old town! Old town is lovely, very quaint. The food in this hotel is not nice, very bland and not hot, if you are vegetarian not a lot of choice, the person making the pizzas sat eating them! The staff are nice but not many who speak English, will learn Bulgarian if come again! The staff who work in restaurants have good English. Do not come to Bulgaria last week in October as most things are closed for the season. Over all is a lovely place to go on holiday.

We spent a lovely holiday at Festa Panorama Hotel. We are grateful to the whole team of the hotel, especially to front office manager Krasimira, the bellboy Dinko, barman Ivan, restaurant manager Alexandrina, room cleaning manager Shtiliana, and room cleaning maid Stella!!!! Hope to see you again next summer 2024!!!!

Where do I start……maybe in part it was our fault for going in the closing down season as there was nothing edible to eat especially on the last 2 days. The first days food was somewhat hmmmm…..I’m still wondering how they can burn mushroom soup. Breakfast was half decent if you want to wait 20 mins for a personal omlette made for you. Drinks were a bit hit and miss, definitely as Peter Kay once said, Rola Cola. All bar staff looked like they can’t be ****d n were even arguing about who was going outside to pour drinks for the riff raff punters. It’s definitely a place you can meet good friends which made the holiday and stay a better experience. Also just watch for the *********** they let into the hotel especially as you’ve got children with you like we did. Nesebar is a beautiful place but they’ve definitely a lot they need to do better in the resorts
