This hotel is conveniently located near the main street, the train station, and supermarkets. It also has paid parking, making it a good choice for both tourists and business travelers.

One of the best hotel in town for sure. Friendly service, room is clean and tidy. 10 mins walking distance to JR station.

The room is clean. In the remote city, the hotel is good enough. There is a parking lot by the side of the hotel. Convenient.

The location I booked was rather remote, inaccessible by any means of transportation. Furthermore, the parking lot was quite far from the hotel. It would be very difficult to come in winter. Otherwise, it was fairly normal.

The hotel has an excellent location and comes with parking for 700 yen per day. There's a large Aeon supermarket a 3-minute walk away. There's also a highly recommended Italian restaurant across from the supermarket.

It's near Aeon Mall where you can buy supplies. The house has a vintage feel to it. Overall, it's quite clean. The breakfast is quite nice, and the seafood donburi is delicious.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-September 2025. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk down a gentle slope from JR Nemuro Station. It's conveniently located near an Aeon supermarket and restaurants serving Nemuro's specialty escalope. My room was a twin-bedded room. While the furniture and fixtures showed some signs of age, they were in working order and comfortable to use. The room was well-maintained and clean, and I'd rate it highly recommended. There's a washing machine and a large bath in the basement. While it's not a natural hot spring, being able to stretch your legs in the bath is a plus. If you're staying in Nemuro City, this hotel should definitely be on your list. The only downside is the 700 yen parking fee. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the area, so even though it's 700 yen, I didn't think it was a fair price.

Overall, everything was quite good. The hotel not only has tatami rooms but also double rooms, which is great as it caters to guests who can't sleep on tatami mats. I want to emphasize the service. My two stars are entirely for the front desk. The two staff members, a man and a woman, were very attentive, especially the woman on our last day. She not only called a taxi for us but also communicated with the driver to arrange our return trip. 👍🏻👍🏻 Bonus points. The problem lies in the restaurant. Breakfast was clearly described as a buffet, but almost an hour before the scheduled service, the replenishment was slow. The second day was even worse; the sweet shrimp and scallops were served a few times and then stopped. Instead, restaurant staff went around asking Japanese diners if they wanted more of these sashimi. Our table was completely ignored – blatant discrimination! If you're not prepared or can't provide enough, don't describe breakfast as a buffet; just change it to a set menu and charge accordingly. This is the first time I've seen a buffet not only not be plentiful but also discriminate against.
