Very close to St Pölten, very friendly staff, clean, stayed here while exploring the Wachau Valley area. Krems to Melk. The location of this hotel was fantastic, Short drive to places to eat, the staff was even willing to cook for us. Breakfast was great and included.

Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Ich war beruflich in der Region und habe mich auf Anhieb in das Hotel verliebt. Eine wirklich liebevoll geführte Unterkunft mit so netten Besitzern. Die Begrüßung trotz meiner späten Anreise war außerordentlich freundlich, Inkl eines persönlichen Willkommensgeschenk, das Zimmer tip top sauber und die Einrichtung sehr gepflegt. Sollte ich wieder in die Region kommen, werde ich definitiv dort erneut buchen.

Meine Freundin & ich wurden dort für 1 Nacht aufgrund einer Hochzeit untergebracht, beim Check-In hieß es sofort vom Chef höchst persönlich, mit sehr unfreundlicher und schroffer Art und Weise, dass es keine Buchung mit unserem Namen gäbe und sie auch sonst keine Zimmer mehr für uns hätten, bevor dieser sich überhaupt bei dem Wedding-Planer erkundigte. Weiters wurde uns ein Frühstück in Rechnung gestellt, welches wir weder gebucht noch konsumiert haben, da uns das Hochzeitspaar auf ein Frühstück eingeladen hat. Fazit: Positiv: saubere Zimmer, Shuttle-Dienst ist auch in Ordnung, NEGATIV: unfreundliches Personal, aufdringlicher unsympathischer Geschäftsführer, hohe Kosten trotz nicht konsumierter Leistungen! Meiner Meinung nach kein 4 Sterne Hotel!
