The facility is here are good. The customer service is among the worst I’ve ever seen the room is clean the bathrooms are clean. The problem is when you come to check in it’s a remote host when I contacted the remote host. They acted surprised as they seem to have forgotten that I would be there that night, they then proceeded to make excuses for why they hadn’t gotten me the information I needed to pay and subsequently get the key code to be let into the property I was at the property in the rain in the process took 45 minutes as they sent me links to pay, they sent me information that I needed to fill out For the government, it was an absolute mess and I was angry but then, as I was leaving the property, I met the fellow who had been staying there that night in another room, and he had experienced the exact same thing. The person that runs this property seems to do it as a hobby, paying little attention to it until it presents itself I would not recommend this place, because no one should have to stand out in the rain, waiting for things they should’ve received previously.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Portugal. The house is truly a gem, impeccable cleanliness, meticulous attention to detail, spacious and bright room. Outside the centre, but easily reachable in a few minutes. Veronica is a wonderful person. He gave us all the information about Nazarè, the places to see and recommended the restaurant for dinner, where we had a divine meal. Breakfast was a real Brunch, there was everything from sweet to savory, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, cold cuts and obviously we couldn't miss the Pasteis de nata. Really everything perfect!

We received a warm welcome from Veronica, who is pleasant, smiling and takes the time to explain everything. We immediately felt at ease. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, well decorated and cozy. The facilities within the accommodation are perfect. Finally, the breakfast was incredible, between quantity and quality. We ate excellent fresh produce. Don't hesitate to spend a moment and a good night in this accommodation!
