Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Location: The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. When I went to the exhibition, I stayed for 2 nights. There are many convenience stores around, but Chinese people should pay attention to safety when going there. I use Ctrip to take a taxi when I go out Facilities: One of the lights is broken, but I did not let the hotel repair it. There is a kitchen downstairs, so you can simply make it yourself. We recently staying in a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and clean with a jacuzzi. It was a great place to relax to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the resturant was excellent. Parking is avalable under the hotel. Be aware that the staff does not habla English. The only two drawbacks to the hotel is it is on a one way street so you may need GPS to locate the hotel and it is not adviseable for people not to walk the neighborhood after dark. All and all it was a plesant stay and would stay here again

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

I just touched the earthquake of 7/09/21 being in this hotel, each of his employees showed genuine care for his guests, from girls in nerve crisis, support in all kinds of requests and logistics. I particularly thank Alexia and Eduardo for maintenance who approached to support me with material for a torque. The hotel was very good, and the hotel was very good, and the hotel was very good. I'm sorry not to know their names but they are recognized by their service.

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.
