You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The hotel room is large, but partial to 4-star standards, bamboo. The beach environment is very good, the sand is very fine, there are various water activities but you have to pay extra, there is a car in the park to take you to the beach, and it is very close by walking. The food is relatively monotonous, but overall it is a very relaxing resort, and I would like to go again.

For a 2.5 hours drive from Manila, you get to reach this beautiful property with great views and a good beach. Service was great as they tried to accommodate requests. The dining staff were very attentive. Special thanks for Alex from F&B who set up a beautiful dinner under the sky for us. It was under the tree, overlooking the infinity pool and the peninsula. It was beautiful. Additionally, if the seaview casitas are available- try to book those as they offer a good ocean view and great ambiance.

Im staying here for my 14 days quarantine. The room is quite good, food is served with a little amount of viand. And the worst is their internet connection! I’ve been calling their attention (calling at FO and even message them in their social media) but it seems theres nothing to fix it. In my case, I needed the internet for my work since I have to answer emails and attend some zoom meetings, also my mobile has a weak signal also in this place. I am a hotelier too and I have a knowledge whenever theres a concern in each department. But here it seems theres a a little unfair, please treat guests in equal for handling requests and concerns not because we are here for quarantine and the govt paid for the accommodation. I feel also this kind of situation at your side, but please dont feel to us that you didnt even listen to my/our concerns.

Welcome to our cozy corner suite Myna 418A, wake up each morning with the sweeping view from the expansive balcony of your vacation home that awaits you in this top premier beach and country club with only few hours drive from the Metro. We have personally furnished the place for a very comfortable stay with a king size bed, huge sofa bed that can sleep 3-4 people and two double sized futon bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking with a cooking range with oven, 3 burner stove and 1 heated plate. Microwave, toaster, kettle, dolce de gusto coffee machine, refrigerator, blender, rice cooker and an electric griddle for some bbq by the balcony. We have pots and pans and complete dining utensils as well. Mineral water is provided, tissue, linens and towels, all else like toiletries will be from guests personal stuff. There is wifi, tv cable channels and netflix available if you just want to spend a lazy day inside your vacation home.

Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.
