Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End

They really liked it, the accommodations were clean and safe.

The hotel has a good location, close to Vanderbilt University, and decent facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. However, the service was terrible, especially the housekeeping staff, all of whom were Hispanic and didn't understand English. They were also unprofessional, frequently forgetting to clean the room or leave out the daily toiletries and coffee containers. Complaints to the front desk went unanswered; it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My deposit has still not been refunded (it's been over two weeks).

The location is pretty good, and it's convenient to downtown. There's a very famous local fried chicken restaurant downstairs. There's a supermarket nearby for shopping within a five-minute walk.

Nice hotel, but parking fee of $50 is too high

It's great enough for all my needs.
