Hampton Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt

Hotel female members of staff were rude and unbothered; as we were checking in we were told to wait for someone else to help because it was the end of her shift. We were given no information about the hotel breakfast/times/ amenities just handed the keys. However the couple of gentlemen working were very kind and helpful when we had no electricity in our room for 2 days! Breakfast was average and room was outdated but does the job if you’re not spending a lot of time in there. Good location if you are able to walk at least 30-35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Great surroundings by the hotel of restaurants and coffee shops.

Midtown location was perfect for ease of travel in all directions, and economical!

My husband thought it was dirty he found dust on the lamp base. Probably when they vaccumed it spewed dust back out. You don’t get much for $200 these days but it was walking distance of Ruth Chris steak house. Parking cost us $60 for 2 cars that was ridiculous on top of the over priced room but the breakfast was very satisfying.

Staff was excellent professional courteous. All cleaning staff was polite and always greeted with a smile

Staff was fine but room was falling apart. Mirror in bathroom had frame falling off, mold or mildew in corner behind toilet, every towel rack tryingto fall off of wall. The toilet itself was loose on the floor. Air Conditioner has bright blinking LED lights that are on nonstop. Worst room I have stayed in for years.

It is irritating to know that I had to pay to self park in their private parking lot that is on hotel grounds
