Extended Stay America Suites - Nashua - Manchester

Our stay at Extended Stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The hotel advertised breakfast, but it was really just a small grab-and-go setup with oatmeal packets and pre-wrapped muffins. Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. No one came to clean the room, empty the trash, or provide fresh towels during our stay. We had to ask for basic necessities ourselves. The check-in experience was also a mess. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled, and staff initially sent us to a room that was already occupied by other guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The room we finally checked into smelled like bug spray. To top it all off, at checkout the staff tried to overcharge me because of mistakes they made during the original check-in process. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they attempted to pass the cost onto me. Overall, this was a frustrating and poorly managed experience, and I would not stay here again.

Convenient to main roads and shipping. For most part it was quiet. Needs some updating. Safe. Grab and go breakfast was basic. No coffee

The property had a terrible smell and there was dog droppings in the parking lot and in the walk ways to walk into the building . We did not get any clean towels and we did not even sleep there . Our furnace was being replaced at our home so we went for showers and it was terrible!

They would not honor my reservation I had booked through **********. Tried to blame it on the app and were very unprofessional, except Alyssa who tried to be helpful but couldn’t help because of management.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, we went to go check in and the office was closed nobody would answer the phone needless to say we stayed at another hotel down the street.

Front Desk Staff - Fabulous - let me check in an hour early! My only concern is that I had not yet checked out, I was packing up and loading my vehicle. Check out was at 11 a.m. and at 10 a.m. when I returned to my room to grab my last couple of items and do a double check, housekeeping was already in there.

Arrived at 11:30pm. Front desk is closed with instructions to Dial 0 on the phone for staff. Phone rang for 20 minutes. No response. After 10 minutes I called the number on my confirmation email on my cellphone and got the national reservations desk. They called the hotel. No response. They called the emergency number for the general manager. Three times. No response. I started rattling the security gate on the front desk trying to wake up the staff. Loudly. 5 minutes later the night manager arrived. My call on the front desk phone is still ringing. Night manager tells me his work phone has not been called all night. Finally got to my room. They fridge is filled with food left by the previous guest. Moldy pizza.

Pets were welcomed smiles and pats and laundry room was very clean.

your hotel called us same day as we just made it to NH for my birthday and advised us that they cancelled our reservation bc they overbooked and closed rooms down. i had booked two weeks prior and to call us day of was absolutely horrible!!! needless to say we drove 3.5 hours to get there to turn around and drive home. unacceptable.
