Great front desk check-in. Friendly and humorous as I joked with her about baking the cookies she gave me. I was able to get into the room early to decorate it for Christmas as a surprise for my mom. Very clean and spacious room!

May be I am wrong of expecting too much from Hilton brand. The hallway and carpet looks old. The room I stayed looks like no different then 2 star inn or cottage. The mattress I slept was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t able to sleep all night. It was hard and curved in the middle. Looks old. I didn’t expect that from Hilton. Sorry. Not going to stay at that hotel next time.
Parking is good in garage. Breakfast is ok but not great which you have to pay for it. I wouldn’t expect too much for it.

The majority of the staff was great, pool/hot tub was nice and the hotel was very clean. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Dining options inside the hotel are very limited, and 18$ a head for the breakfast buffet was a bit steep. Hot water was an issue, and even though the website states you can do a late checkout for $50 they refused when I asked.

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Why? The bedding and towels were high end. The restaurant on site was amazing. Not just fantastic food. Great lobster roll. Not just perfect drinks, but 5 star service from the solo young lady taking care of everyone on a Friday night. Then I go to the hot tub to find the best hot tub I’ve ever seen. Pristine pool. Jets blasting in a giant hot tub and a sauna in the locker room that took all my travel tension away. This was everything. Gorgeous shower, safe, fridge, little couch.. Honestly $200 is a lot for us but I would pay it anytime for the amenities in this place. And I’d almost forgotten what customer service looked like until the front desk and restaurant in this hotel. What a breath of fresh air. If your going to spend your time and money somewhere the gym, pool, and amenities of this hotel are worth the price

We felt like queens staying in a location that resembled a castle 😂. Honestly it was clean, quiet, and everyone was kind & respectful! It was centrally located for all our shopping needs. We will definitely return again!

We had booked well in advance but were given a room right above the ballroom where a very loud party was going on—till 11 pm. Manager did adjust our bill a bit, which we appreciated.

I have stayed at the Crown Hotel many times over the years. The new owners have substantially cut back on service. The in-house restaurant used to be great.

There are better options in the area. Staff was pleasant but this place needs a top to bottom clean and refresh. We stayed in a suite which had cigarette burns all over the carpet. Yellow water was coming up from the drain when running the bathtub. AC kept turning off too making the room warm and quite uncomfortable.
