While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities.
The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe.
All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights here with my 2 little restless toddlers. Staff were friendly and facility was old yet maintained well. They have a shuttle bus not only for the airport, but also Narita station and AEON mall Narita. We use them a lot. So we didn't need to go to airport to take trains. And it seems like closer to Narita station than to the airport. FYI, it takes 30 min to get to the airport by shuttle bus.
Convenience store was in the building but it's not open 24h. But there is another one next to the hotel building which is open 24/7 so it was just fine for quick snack or meal.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78G, so the evaluation was 4 close to 5.

Definitely on the older side, had to wear slippers around the room cause the carpet felt dusty to touch. But otherwise, it’s clean and nice enough for a one night stay, with a 24hr convenience store in the hotel itself. Appreciated that there is free shuttle from Narita airport and to Narita airport.

There was a problem with the toilet and the water wouldn’t stop flushing just before going to bed. Apparently the toilet was broken so they had us change rooms was done quite smoothly. Thank goodness
The other guests voices can be heard quite loudly which is a bit annoying especially if you have a very early flihjt the next day.
Otherwise overall we were happy with our stay!

The Narita Tobu Hotel is perfect for travelers seeking convenience before leaving Japan. Its closeness to the airport and complimentary bus service guarantee hassle-free travel arrangements. Moreover, its proximity to retail shops and restaurants adds extra convenience for guests. I highly endorse this hotel for your stay.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Outstanding
NNickieYGreat location and love the shuttles provided by the hotel to go to Narita Station to explore the temples and parks and eateries and also the convenience of travelling to and from the airport. I would recommend the hotel solely by my experiences with the staff - helpful and friendly
JJA very practical hotel that provides great value. It's about 5-8 mins walk from Narita Station and has free shuttle service to Narita Airport when u check out. You will need to let the reception know in advance which shuttle bus time that you want to take so they will issue you the ticket for you and your luggage. The only thing is the free shuttle is only available in the morning (see photo). Amenities are can be taken at Lvl 1 where the reception is. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThis is one of the hotels you will be send to for the mandatory COVID19 quarantine. We needed to stay here for three nights. Our room on the 11floor (R21105). We came from Vietnam and they treated us really nice, they make us feel comfortable like a home. This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, twin room is tiny, but there is everything you would possibly need. Friendly, helpful staff and quickly check-in. When We needed their help, they appeared immediately. Everyday we had 3 meals included rice, fish, miso soup, noodles, sausages, etc. Generally a very traditional Japanese meals. Really delicious and soon! Since the room is small there is a sign that says you can put your luggage under the beds. Overall, great place to stay.
GGuest UserYou don't need to take a bus to the hotel. You can take the Keisei Electric Railway from Narita Airport to Narita City. Two stops. It is very convenient for tourists like me who only stay for a day. The railway system is very convenient, but Narita Station does not seem to be designed for tourists. So if you have only one piece of luggage, you can barely cope at Narita Station. It is quite tiring to walk the ladders of the station with your luggage. Telling the exact location of the airport requires you to do your homework in advance and study the map. Walking to the pedestrian channel of the elevated railway can see the hotel. As for the hospitality, I would like to say that this is a Japanese-style hotel rather than a Western-style hotel. The check-in staff was very service-conscious and thoughtfully led me to the hotel on the third floor. The lobby did not belong to the hotel. As with all other government policies, passports or Japanese identity certificates are required at check-in. I found that their English skills are still no problem in communication, but don't expect all your questions to be answered. The hotel room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The size of the Japanese-style hotel room is dwarfed by the nature of the Western-style hotel. However, the basic needs of staying can still be met: tables, bathrooms, beds. The view of the room is very boring, facing the wall of another building. There was no smell in the room and it was super clean. Breakfast is served in the morning. The supply time is the same every day. This is the style of Japanese work. It is not possible to advance or push for a minute. The food is not Western, so there is no need to be hopeful. What impressed me most here was its cleanliness and service quality, although the name of the hotel looked a little cheaper than other hotels. Much more comfortable than the so-called comfortable hotels I have stayed in North America. Only stayed for one night and left early in the morning, so I didn't know the check-out time. After I checked in, I took the train to Akihabara and Tokyo. The hotel is located in Narita City. From the hotel, you can go to the other side of the city. You can find these attractions of the Buddha Temple in half an hour. Along the way you will find a true Japanese life, feeling different from the rhythms of life in western Tokyo.
GGuest UserI went there in the summer, so I searched for an ice machine. The ice machine on the floor of the guided room is stopped. The ice machine on the upper and lower floors is also stopped. After all, I ended up going to the front desk. Meanwhile, someone entered the room and the cash was stolen. There is no surveillance camera. The record of entering the room is not left with a card key. I thought security for crime prevention was insufficient. There is no safe in the room. It is the room attendant who can enter the room. I ended up suspicious of the room attendant. Of course, the criminal knows that it is in an environment where lies are not left. An environment where no evidence is left. I think I'm doing as much as I want. We don't trust him at all. I'm sorry, but I'll never go again. Of course, if you guide me that the ice machine on each floor is stopped at check-in, I will not be able to see this, so I will ask the hotel for responsibility.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel for one night because I had an early flight, but it was a pity that I only stayed for one night because it was better than I expected. Waku is a community in Narita. The hotel is located at the end of a nostalgic street. You can spend 1-2 hours walking from the street to the end!
The hotel is new and clean, and the front desk service is also very good. English communication is never a problem! You don’t need to eat in the hotel (although you need to make a reservation in advance). There are many choices of restaurants nearby, but those eel restaurants close early, so please be careful! .
You can walk straight to Narita Station, which is quite popular. There is also an Aeon Mall where you can go shopping, which is really convenient.
GGoldenGuanHotel very near to airport, but they also provide shuttle bus service, I have taken this advantage as though it’s nearby airport, still, if you have luggage with you, shuttle bus is a very nice arrangement! The hotel is a bit old, but room is rather spacious, at least you can open up your 29” suitcase! While I was there, I went to the outlet nearby Narita airport, I just need to walk from hotel to Terminal 1(takes around 5-8 minutes), then pay 500Yen to take the bus to the Premium Outlet in Shisui, and then open wide up my 29” suitcase to pack up, wonder experience!
GGuest UserThe Chinese service at the front desk is very good, the room is well set up, free breakfast is provided, and facial masks and baths are provided. The transportation is very convenient, two minutes from the east exit of Keisei-Narita Subway Station.
JJIEQINThe staffs are very helpful and great that they are from all internationality, therefore, language does not seemed to be a barrier. The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is really good, you can walk to the hotel from Narita station in just about 5 minutes. It is also located near the Keisei station with about 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient. There are many resteraunts and convenient stores around the hotel.
Officers at the front desk can well communicate in english.
Amenities were quite completely provided. There are also microwave and vending machine provided in the common area on each floor.
A room is small though.
