- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. Amazing place to stay/ beautiful room,real cave experience. Nice and quiet place. Nice view with good location. Easy access to or from airport or get to local town and shop. Amazing people working there. Friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have plane or don’t know the area they got lovely tour and they will arrange it for you. Helpful people with any thing we need. One of the best breakfast I had. Nice bar and friendly atmosphere for you evening. We will come back for sure. Thx

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

The hospitality can be benchmark against a five star hotel. they are like a family franchise full of love and joy. I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Stayed here the first night of our trip. I booked because it’s the closest hotel to NAV airport that I can find for the price. But after staying, it’s not just the location, everything is so fine! We had dinner there the night we arrived. for just 300 local currency, you get a few dishes: a set with meatball, salad, stuffed leave, soup and dessert, and ravioli. (enough to feed 3 people while it’s just the two or us). the breakfast is awesome too with fabulous view. The hotel is also close to a shopping mall and big supermarket. I would recommend anyone coming here
