Palazzo Firenze

Hotel itself is beautiful once inside. The location is in a rough area with rubbish everywhere. Was warned to take extra care in the area especially coming back later in the evening. Both didn't feel completely safe or comfortable spending much time in that area. Once out of the area it is the same as any city. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits and warm croissants. Staff where very friendly. Only other downside is the pool. It is very very small. Stood up the water comes below waist level. More than 5 people in it and it will feel crowded.

Nice and Newly renovated hotel. Simple but tasty breakfast. My only objection was Not most conviniant location.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – the thoughtful touches like fresh water, neatly arranged toiletries, and the pleasant room fragrance made me feel truly welcomed.

Wifi does not work Aircon has poor ventilation and stop working after some time Reception refuses to look at the 2 issues above when its pointed out Location is noisy and filled with shady people and stinky Poor experience. DO NOT BOOK

Love the pool bar

Staff are excellent, the room is super clean and comfortable but lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle / complimentary bottled water, iron and a few basics. The location near the station can be a little rough but it wasn’t a problem for me but maybe I won’t recommended it for inexperienced travellers. Overall still good value for money

Big room with a good sized bathroom/ excellent breakfast on pretty roof terrace.

room is clean,breakfast is OK, location not far from station, but the street having vagrant disturbing.
