The hotel enjoys an excellent location, right next to the train and bus stations. It’s quite a high-end property by Naples standards, though the decor is a bit dated. The room door lock is rather unusual — I’ve never seen one like this. You have to hold the key card against the wall-mounted sensor and push the door open at the exact same time, otherwise it will lock instantly. I don’t think this design is very practical. The breakfast is decent. At 14 euros, it’s just about worth the price. The staff are attentive, though they aren’t particularly smiley. Naples is a blend of cultures, wild yet romantic. I will definitely come back again！

One of the best accommodations in Naples. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. The location isn't bad, but if you're out late at night, you might encounter some questionable characters.

Ramada by Wyndham Naples has excellent service, the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that we had a lower-floor room facing the street, and it could get a bit noisy because of the traffic outside. Other than that, everything was great and we had a pleasant stay.

Close to the train station and the surrounding area feels relatively safe, but the hotel itself is quite old.

This hotel has become my preferred choice for business travel. It offers a great location, excellent value for money, and a consistently pleasant experience. I am highly satisfied with my stay, and the reception team deserves praise for their warm and professional service.

I did not enjoy the walk from station to hotel - rough crowd and filthy streets. The concierge could not tell me where to get a wine or meal from! The entire building is tired. No value for money here

The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.

Decent hotel near the train station, but some upkeep is needed.

Nice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.
