The room was excellent, completely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable. Honestly, it was excellent. Recommended.

Excellent hotel. I recommend it. Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered. Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs. The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner. Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room was cleaned daily. The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds. Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues. There's an elevator in the building! Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent: - A few minutes' walk to the historic center. - About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station. - 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. - 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade. The app stated the room came with a balcony, but there wasn't one in reality. The check-in staff also didn't speak much English. I didn't even mention a room with a balcony, but they just said there was a window, not a balcony. The location was incredibly hard to find; there were no clear directions within the apartment building. It took me over 10 minutes to locate the accommodation.

While it would have been nice to have someone at the front desk, I had excellent communication via WhatsApp even before check-in. This meant that when I got lost or couldn't figure out how to open the room door, they responded immediately, and I ended up having a very pleasant stay. The room itself was clean and tidy. The TV, however, seemed to have a poor antenna, which was a shame as I couldn't watch the Italy national football team match I was looking forward to that day.

Had a lovely weekend. The property is very charming, clean, and smells wonderful. A few small details: as it's on a busy street, it's better to choose an interior room because the soundproofing isn't great. I found my mattress to be very soft. My room also had a hydromassage tub. Naples is a very hectic and noisy city, with so much to see and so much food everywhere you look. To better understand how to get around and see the points of interest, I recommend taking one of the hop-on hop-off city tour buses and getting off at the various stops to visit the attractions.
