Pet Friendly Hotels in Naperville

The location was great and the front desk worker was very pleasant. The food and bar workers were great. The bartender at happy hour was great to interact with. The biggest issue was the room. Room 710. We got up to the room and initially had no issue, but as we were settling in for the night my wife moved a stool to sit down and found a hairy comb, piece of gum, tissues and other dirty items. We also found what looked like a piece of lettuce stuck to the wall by the couch area table. The cold water did not work at the bar sink. Not the room quality we have come to expect from Embassy Suites. All we got was an ”I'm sorry” I will let housekeeping know. Great location, the rooms was not. Just read another post from earlier this year ON THE SAME ROOM IN THE HOTEL!. Not sure what the issue is, I recommend no one stay in room 710!

The hotel facilities are general, there are restaurants around the hotel, and it is convenient to travel. It is also convenient to go to Ole. It is also very convenient to call Uber at the hotel. It is very convenient to go to the airport or Ole. The hotel has no breakfast, you can have breakfast at the surrounding restaurants, and there is a restaurant opened by Taiwanese. The beef noodles in the store are superb and can be taken away.

If you don’t want to stay in an expensive hotel in downtown Chicago and have a car, it’s a good choice. Standard 3-4 star facilities plus free breakfast are very cost-effective!

I love the location, you can take a walk along the river, the hotel has a good bar and good service, the lady at the reception is very friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable, Sophia is very friendly and provided me with everything I needed.

The staff and stay always great. Had to stay over a week. Very accommodating. Rooms were nice size. Coffee and breakfast bars to start your day. Great getaway with nice restaurants and convenient shopping literally less than 5 minutes away. Very understanding staff and everyone friendly and professional.

The hotel booked during the summer vacation is about 10 minutes walk from the nucleic acid test institution. It is quite convenient. The hotel environment is also 🉑️. The key also includes breakfast. There are quite a lot of varieties. It is within 30 minutes drive from the airport. Recommended recommendation

I stayed here a couple years ago and it went smoothly. This time, not great. The GREAT: the staff was very friendly and courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, all good in the room. The GOOD: The breakfast was an average hotel hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub but looked fine. The BAD: At breakfast there were maybe five kids (looked about ages 8 to 14) all in the breakfast area with only swimsuits - no shoes, no shirts - hovering all over the waffle station. They continued to get breakfast and (more or less) take over the breakfast area. It wasn't the fact they were hovering over the food and eating in there without shirts or shoes, but the fact no one in the hotel staff spoke up to them. Loss of appetite after this. We saw a woman (who appeared to be pregnant) wearing an ankle bracelet wandering the hotel - I'm assuming she was a guest but not sure. Hallway windows open for no reason - mid March so not all that warm. Faint smell of smoke in the hallways. The fire alarm went off twice in our two night stay. First on a Saturday afternoon (during an afternoon nap) the second went off around 1:30am. Everyone was forced to go to the lobby. Didn't seem to be any sort of emergency. The firemen that showed up had no sense of urgency and almost seemed a little perturbed to be there - maybe a regular occurrence? I contacted Marriot and they refused to compensate me financially or with any points. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend? I'd simply say - beware. Maybe I just caught them on a bad weekend. Happy Travels....

I only ever have one complaint about hotel. The cops dr river through the parking lot fairly regularly. That said it hasn't ever really affected me and the stay is always quiet, clean, cheap, and convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I doubt they control the police situation. Keep it up, red roof!
