Because of the heavy rain in the past few days before departure, Nantou also sent out the disaster. At one time, I was worried that I could not make a trip. I called the hotel in advance to ask about the local situation. The boss told Xitou that there was no disaster in the local area, and enthusiastically provided relevant information so that we could go out with peace of mind. Since only one group of our guests stayed on the same day, there was a feeling of a private building. The environment of the homestay was quiet and full of art. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was prepared by the boss himself. It was rich and varied. It was really a warm homestay.

In Xitou Forest, it is only ranked first, not second. This time I stayed in the university building. The building is located closest to the driveway exit. The building is divided into four buildings abcd. They all have two floors and no elevators. However, they have stairs and ramps. If you have too much or heavy luggage or have difficulty moving, you can still go directly. It's not too inconvenient to drive up to the top to load and unload luggage. We stayed in the innermost room in Building B this time. There was no noise and we couldn't hear the noise from next door. There was just the hum of the engine outside the air conditioner outside the window. You can still hear a little bit even if the windows are closed, so those who care are advised to wear earplugs. The room has an extra large double bed and a regular double bed, a coffee table and two chairs, a TV, a clothes rack, a pantry and a refrigerator. The space is okay. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the shower side is a bit narrow. I was a little embarrassed to use a bathtub and a chair to help my four-year-old son bathe. I had to be careful about hitting my head when turning around or holding the child. The items are all clean, tidy and practical. You can also borrow beds, bathtubs, chairs and stools. This season, it is very comfortable at night without air conditioning. The beds also come with electric blankets, which were preheated when we entered the room, but we didn't use them. So it was turned off. Breakfast is served at the Yunshan Building opposite until 9:30, and hotel guests can participate in free nightly guided tours.

Good location, 5 minutes drive from Xitou Nature Education Park, convenient parking. There is an elevator in the store, the most unexpected thing is that there is a hot and cold water machine in the room, and it is very convenient to make tea at night (unfortunately only paper cups are provided, it would be better if you can provide glass). The view of the room is average, just opposite a bunch of trees and mountains, but it is quiet, the room is clean.

走路到溪頭教育園區非常近，離**村步行也很方便 房間乾淨舒服，走道就有飲水機，也有附上室內拖鞋，不是紙拖鞋而是綠色的室內塑膠拖鞋，走路近浴室也感覺比較安全一些！ 早餐很用心準備，美味好吃，中式西式都有，而且補菜也很迅速！ 肉燥飯和肉燥切仔麵好吃！其它中西式料理都很不錯，可頌也很酥脆新鮮！ 負責西式吐司麵包區的服務阿北先生，觀察力足夠，發現房客們在烤麵包時都會烤兩次才會更酥脆，馬上就主動立即做溫度調整。 年假B1也有安排年假親子應景活動，也放置許多適合家庭的益智器材。 整體可以感受出孟宗山莊大飯店的與用心經營。 這一次住宿唯一美中不足的就是是半夜偶爾就會有冷氣機運轉的聲音，時間還蠻久的，聲音也很明顯！ 這是比較可惜之處！ 放假雖然在年假會漲，但是比我們前一天在台中某一間在市中心的住宿，房價還更高的某飯店 CP值好太多太多了！

Came here for the second time There are fewer stores than before the epidemic, and there are fewer activities I came with high expectations, but came back disappointed. Dinner at Qingshan Dining Hall is only suitable for those who book a group tour or those who have booked a room that includes dinner. There are not enough staff in the canteen, so I don’t admit it directly. I just say that someone will be available after about a certain time. The first time it was said that there were too many people in the group and the kitchen had no time to bring out the food, so they had to wait until 7pm. After 7pm, they were told that the group's guests had not finished their meals yet, so they had to wait until 7:30. They said they didn’t want to lose customers, but they didn’t want to keep people waiting. Then they asked if they could take it out. They ordered a few dishes but none of them were available. So are the guests only entitled to eat leftovers from the team? Keeping guests in this way will only lead to resentment. Why not simply say that you will no longer accept guests from the beginning? I came here for dinner because I was hungry, otherwise I would have gone to another restaurant long ago.

Although the hotel has a history of more than 30 years, its location is really good. It is very close to Xitou Nature Education Park. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The hotel lobby is spacious and gorgeous, but the furnishings in the restaurant and rooms are relatively old, and the hardware is average. However, the service staff in the hotel restaurant and the activity center were very kind and courteous, and introduced the activities in the hotel and nearby attractions in detail. If you travel to Xitou again, you will definitely stay here again.
