Everything was great – the room was spacious, and the service was good, except for breakfast. The breakfast on Sunday was a disaster. It was so crowded, and they were clearly unprepared. They couldn't even keep up with boiled eggs; we waited forever and they never came. We just gave up and left without eating.

Booked this hotel for a zoo trip, and it was an absolute steal to stay at a Hilton for this price. The only downside was that with so many rooms, service could be a bit delayed and slow. Overall, though, I was very satisfied. The room was huge and super clean.

The room was pretty good overall, quite clean, and well-equipped. They even have robots to deliver takeout. Parking is free; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk. It's located opposite MixC, which I didn't get to explore, but it was really convenient for ordering food delivery.

This is an excellent hotel! The decor is new and modern, and the rooms are fully equipped with smart toilets and all the amenities you could need, including multiple sofas and a Nespresso machine with two complimentary capsules. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful in answering all our questions. Breakfast was also fantastic and delicious. Plus, the location is unbeatable, right next to the MixC mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. The metro and Nantong Railway Station are also right nearby. Definitely a top-notch hotel!

1. The bathroom was very dirty. I cleaned it, only to find out later it was due to a clogged drain overflowing with sewage. 2. Halfway through showering, an elderly person in our group discovered the bathroom drain was severely clogged and overflowing. The staff on duty that first night said no one could fix it today and there were no other rooms available, telling us to just make do and that someone would handle it the next day when they came in. The next day, after I urged them, a woman came to look. After inspecting it, she very arrogantly told me the drain wasn't clogged. I asked her to leave, and within two minutes, water overflowed everywhere. When I communicated with them again, I was told they couldn't repair it. They finally provided another room for showering around noon. I don't understand why service staff can be so arrogant and rude. When issues arise, all they say is that they can't deal with it, can't switch rooms, and maintenance can't fix it. So, I just had to pay and endure the situation, which also wasted my time. As a hotel guest, I don't think there's anything wrong with me approaching them when something like this happens.

I booked a room with an extra bed policy, but when I asked the front desk, they said it was a sofa bed, and it couldn't even be pulled out. I also asked for an extra blanket, but they didn't have one. For breakfast in the morning, no one refilled the food, so there was nothing left to eat. When I checked out, I asked the front desk about getting a special invoice, and they told me to get it from the platform, but now the platform can't issue it either.
