Nantong Sendi Hotel

The zoo is really great for bringing kids during the weekdays. Last year, I came on a weekend and it was super crowded. This year, I feel like the Sindi Hotel right at the entrance offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely try to bring my kids again next year.

Staying at Sany African Style was really great! You can see animals right from your balcony, which adds a unique touch. The room was also very clean, and they even provided kids' toothpaste, a stepping stool, and slippers. We had unlimited access to the park for two days and free entry to the ice and snow activities. It was excellent value for money.

The front desk service was excellent, the environment was comfortable, and it was fun that the room card featured a cougar!

To be honest, the room was really clean. It even had a bathtub, and you could see the animals right out the window. All the balconies face the animal enclosures, which is super convenient and creates a great atmosphere. Overall, a really good stay.

Right by the zoo entrance, with tickets included for direct and unlimited access. The room was huge, with two 1.5m beds pushed together, and the kids' facilities were complete. The hygiene was just average. The Pegasus Bay water show was pretty good!

The hygiene was impeccable, and the service was incredibly proactive. The air conditioning worked great, and it was super convenient for getting to attractions. All the amenities were modern and new. Plus, having pets, restaurants, a playground, and parking right downstairs made everything so convenient.

The room was great! You could see giraffes 🦒, zebras, and capybaras right from downstairs. The hotel is next to the Snow World and the zoo, which was super convenient. Just a short walk downstairs. Big thumbs up!

The Predator Room has high ceilings, over 3 meters, and is designed to resemble a cave, with just a glass panel separating you from the leopard. There are no windows in the Predator Room, so you can't open them. It features a large and a small bed, and the bathroom, shower, and vanity are all quite spacious. The theme is very distinctive. At 2,000 RMB, it's quite expensive, but for a one-night experience, my child was very happy. Both the SenDi Hotel and the zoo staff were excellent. The staff were very responsible and friendly 👍. If you're interested in feeding the animals, you'll have a great time 👍. The restaurant design also perfectly complements the animal feeding theme 👍. Cleanliness: Very good. Facilities: Lacking. There's no laundry room or dryer, which is inconvenient for longer stays. There's also no gym, which makes it hard to exercise.

It's super convenient for the zoo, and you can see quite a few free-roaming animals from the balcony. The room is also big enough for two adults and two children, which is great. The only issue was with the front desk phone; it was working when we checked in around 3 PM, and I asked for an extra pair of slippers and some bottled water. But by 9 PM, nothing had arrived. After that, I couldn't get through to the front desk at all, no matter how many times I tried. I even called the number listed on Trip.com with my mobile, and that didn't connect either.
