Goodnight fruit and tea are provided upon check-in. The breakfast is rich in variety and fresh in ingredients. The room design is simple and elegant, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk employee Xiao Wang checked in efficiently. The hotel is conveniently located only 3 kilometers from Nantong Station, and Vientiane City is also nearby! Great detail service, great value for money!

The environment of this hotel is very good. The lobby is very grand and upscale. When you enter the lobby, there is a receptionist to guide you to check in. Huang Xia at the front desk received us very warmly and provided very good service. She checked us in quickly and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment to us very carefully. I stayed here once before and had a very good experience. This time I stayed at their house with friends. I especially like the buffet breakfast in this hotel, which has many varieties. The service staff in the restaurant is also very good. This time I booked their chess and card room. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. I have to mention again that Miss Huang Xia at the front desk really provides super service. She also helps buy things and delivers them to the room with a robot 🤖. Basically, our requests can be responded to in a timely manner! I will choose this restaurant again when I come to Nantong in the future [grin]

It was said to be for 2-3 people, but in fact, even our four children couldn't finish the meal. In short, we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel.

The environment around the hotel is pretty good. It is only a few minutes away from the high-speed rail station. There is Mixc in the nearby business district. There is a large RT-Mart supermarket opposite Mixc. It takes about 10 minutes to get here from the hotel. What I like most is the front desk lady Huang Xia, who called to ask when I would arrive at the store so that she could help turn on the air conditioner. Since I wanted to sleep in in the morning, she also thoughtfully arranged for an incubator to be delivered to the room when I woke up. Just for such thoughtful service, I will come to this hotel next time. Friends who are on business trips can refer to it!

You can stay near Vientiane City and return to the hotel after dinner in Vientiane City in the evening. Later, I chose this Kaishi Hotel among three hotels. The rooms were very new. The price is the cheapest and the breakfast is delicious. Parking is free. Free fruit upon check-in. The front desk service is very good and always takes the trouble. This is the most comfortable hotel we have stayed at at a good price.
