no facility, and the carpark is very difficult to park and not very easy to find the entry

The hotel is close to the station. The rooms are small but adequate. The kitchenware and dishwasher are complete, but there is no laundry room. It may be a bit noisy at night. The room ventilation is not very good, and the rooms facing the sun may be very hot at noon.

Chosen mainly because it offered secure car parking together with location and a reasonable price. It’s not at the heart of the city but close enough and everything within walking distance. When arriving by car, pop into the hotel to get the car park remote and detailed instructions on how to access. Despite it seeming complicated the lift from the car park comes up in reception. We had booked a studio apartment but got a one bed. Comfortable bed, shower worked well. Spacious sitting room. This is not a luxurious place but it was clean, everything worked and the staff were great - especially the Mexican lady working mornings. It represents a solid choice.

Great location for visiting the city. Rooms have no aircon so 4th floor in 29degs was unbearable. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the bedroom carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained. There’s nobody on reception in the evening but were helpful when they were present.

Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.

We liked having a parking space for our car for the night. The hotel is close to public transport which is free on weekends.

Appart’City very well placed to reach the center of Nantes, or the island. The apartments are spacious, well equipped with a little attention. The staff is also very welcoming, with particular mention for the various breakfast options. Negative point: the bathroom equipment needs to be reviewed, old and dusty, especially the towel dryer…

very good quality of rooms for a very reasonable price close to the city center, with several restaurants nearby, very nice decor with artist decorations in the corridors, office to be able to work if necessary, kitchen to save on certain meals fills various functions according to your needs
