Extremely uncomfortable sofa beds, we contacted reception who provided us with a sheet which made no difference. Very poor nights sleep for both my children . Springs in the back

The location is convenient and quiet, very close to the city center, and the front desk staff on both the morning and evening shifts were very friendly. However, the facilities are quite old, and the bathroom has a lot of stubborn grime. During breakfast, you can close the garden gate because flies are buzzing on the food; other guests mentioned this to the Black waiter, but the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal. 🤷🏻

Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Well located for visiting the city, going to the airport, or having a drink by the canal. Wonderful air conditioning during the heatwave. 😂

It's a relatively old business hotel, but the location is very convenient; it's just across a bridge to the city center. The room's air conditioning was very cold, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with the springs sticking out, and there were only blankets, not proper comforters. However, it's still good for the price.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the price is acceptable. The staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is good. The only problem is the sofa bed; the springs came loose, making it quite hard, and I didn't sleep well on it at night. The king-size bed was fine.
