A great location hotel in the hart of Nantes. Simple Ibis Styles class hotel with an amazing staff. Glean. They also offered the breakfast (simple one) at 4.00 AM.Location is really good. Just in the centre of Nantes, next to old town

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is well situated just off Place Royale. The room was small but this was not an issue. Breakfast was simple but enough to satisfy you. Separate shower and toilet rooms. Recommended fir a short break in Nantes. Easy to pick up the green line in the Place Royale.

I booked this stay through ********** and when I was trying to check out in the morning, it was more of a hassle than anything. Between a language barrier and the notation on whether or not I had paid for the room (which I did, even showed my credit card statement), left a sour taste in my mouth. Room was small, as expected; the towering outside buildings made it feel even smaller, looking out the window. Location was great. Room was clean. I probably won’t return as a guest here or to France.

Long hesitation between 3 and 4. The hotel is quite small and we understand well the arrangements constrained by the space, rather well thought out in the end. The welcome by the staff is friendly. In the bedroom we discover really narrow rooms which are perfectly suitable for a short stay but not suitable for staying longer. The room was clean and fairly well decorated. Small downside on the bathroom which is really very small and whose tiling on the floor no longer has any grout… Decent breakfast.

The location of the Hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of Nantes, next to the Christmas market, close to shops and restaurants.
The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The room had the AC working well. The room was very clean.
The decoration is a little simpler than the images.

I gave 4 dots to this hotel for the kindness of the guys at the reception, for the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, and for the very central location. Breakfast is also of good quality, although not exactly assorted. We appreciated the machine that squeezes oranges, the creamy cow's milk and even the coffee from the machine wasn't bad (for us Italians it's important)!! For the rest it is a good accommodation for a few nights and for those who do not have large luggage.

It must have been 5 or 6 years that I have been staying at this hotel once a month for a few days. I have already alerted the establishment's management of a deterioration in service linked to certain members of the team. And unfortunately my very recent stay once again demonstrated that the lack of professionalism of one or two employees harms the entire establishment. A reservation made for an early arrival forgotten by the hotel can happen but when you have an important video meeting it is essential. Part of the team tries to resolve the problem, but an employee openly despises you and does everything to delay your arrival in your room. Intolerable. The rest of the team will have to apologize and the service will be perfect. Until the day of departure when this gentleman, still present, will take pleasure in looking down on my wife and myself. This is the last memory we will keep of our stay and probably the last one I will have in this hotel. Not to mention the total lack of friendliness of a cleaning lady who did not hesitate to openly shove us twice, insulting us in passing in a language that we do not understand. Enough is enough.
