The location is perfect - within a 10–15 minute walk of almost all the main attractions (30 minute walk to Les Machines de I'îIe), making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel has beautiful lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors, where it's a pleasure to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee and tea available in the lobby.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its extraordinary staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally professional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and sincere desire to make every guest feel cared for were evident in every interaction. It's rare to come across such a remarkable team, and they turned a lovely stay into a truly unforgettable experience!
