It was the first time I felt so unhappy during a business trip. The experience was poor and the front desk service was also poor. I booked a viewing room, but the front desk said that the projector was broken and could not be used? ? ? ? Change rooms, there are no other rooms, the door lock of one room is broken, what movie viewing rate will be charged. There is also a bottle of unknown blue liquid on the sink. I couldn’t help but complain.

This trip is the worst, be sure to avoid it: Poor service: I originally booked three double viewing rooms, but when I arrived, I was told that one of them had no room, so I changed it to a smaller one. The merchant was too greedy and sold all the rooms at a high price, which showed no respect for the guests. Poor hygiene: I just changed rooms, but what I couldn’t stand was the poor hygiene. There was the previous person’s urine in the toilet that had not been filled, and the room was not even cleaned before letting the next person stay. No air conditioning: The air conditioning in the room I changed didn’t work, and the phone number at the front desk couldn’t be reached. Poor parking: The parking lot is very small, and the height limit in the basement is 1.7. It is difficult to park if you arrive late. What is called intelligence is just a gimmick. It is better to provide basic services honestly.

房間非常小，居然號稱有平左右，簡直就是虛假宣傳冬季衣物都無法懸掛，床也不是1.8米大床，大床衹有1.5-1.6左右，小腿都放在外面，很不舒服，床就貼在廁所玻璃上，廁所下水味道很大，衞生情況堪憂，床品上一些臟東西，雖然時值春節人流量大但基本衞生還是要保證吧，因為酒店停車場在施工告知無法停車，説衹能停在路邊，也不知道是否會造成違停被拍，早餐也相當簡陋，8點去餐廳，因為餐廳沒有空調，品種少也就算了，食物已經變涼，真不知好評是哪裡來的

位置靠近童遊農貿市場，金茂廣場，位置比較好找，服務很好，智能酒店，語音控制，配有中央空調暖氣，床鋪軟硬適中，晚上很安靜，淋浴洗澡熱水很足，早餐在八樓，大床房面積相對較小，洗臉盆沒有放在衞生間，性價比適中，總體還是可以！
