來南平出差在攜程預訂了這家酒店 辦理入住的時候前台效率特別的慢 我預訂的大床 前台給我開出來個標間 我打電話詢問前台竟然讓我自己拿房卡去樓下換房間 我也是呵呵了 咋了是我自己開錯的房間？服務行業這就是服務？你們拿工資不會服務的麼？而且最噁心的是酒店收取500按金 這沒問題 誰也不差呢倆錢 我退房的時候按金退還450 我就打電話詢問 前台跟我説我喝了他們兩罐茶葉 我真是想吐了 我明明喝了一罐另一罐我動都沒動 你們酒店缺錢麼？一罐破茶葉25不説收取客人按金就是讓你們隨意剋扣的？缺錢去街上跪着要啊 找理由拿人錢就不對了 最滑稽的是你們領班是村裡挖出來的吧？還領班查房了但凡有點服務意識的領班有點腦子的領班也不會無緣無故不問清楚直接把另一份茶葉按在消費的顧客身上吧 我對南平這個城市印象不錯 但是對這家酒店的服務和領班包括前台的人品真是不敢苟同 誰也不差25 但是你們過來噁心人就是你們的不對了 建議來入住的考慮換一家酒店 這家酒店缺錢 喜歡扣客人的按金

衞生：①牀頭櫃移開了一下發現裏面非常臟 有橘子皮還有一直沒清理累計形成的污垢 ②衞生間在第一次進去的時候有臭味
設施：①有一面鏡子是裂開的 ②最裏一層的窗簾是紗的 感覺有點破舊了
服務：服務還行 有需要加被子什麼的都有及時送來

初次入住，體驗很不好，1.一到飯點時間，整個房間充滿了油煙味，不知道從哪冒出來的 2.入住酒店期間，在未呼叫客房服務的時候，被酒店工作人員上門打擾兩次（第一次敲門，是説來修電視，後來本人發現客房電視確實是打不開，但是當時並未聯繫前台説要維修處理；第二次敲門，本人迴應後，對方知道里面有人，然後説了一句有人就行，之後就走了）

進門就是一衹這麼大的飛蛾。抬頭就是蜘蛛網。真是讓我很驚喜。裝修風格實在老舊。彷彿回到了我10年前出差的樣子。大廳在19樓。整體感覺怪怪的。朋友介紹這是建陽人民最愛去的酒店。但是入住的時候前台服務不夠熱情。冷冰冰的。和我想的差別太大了。早餐的大姐人還不錯。比前台強👍

前台的服務非常到位，能夠考慮到很多細節，讓我覺得非常貼心，工作專業高效，服務態度熱情親切，無論是對於酒店訊息還是周邊介紹都非常詳盡，令人印象深刻，酒店所有工作人員服務態度都很好，房間寬敞舒適，床鋪乾淨舒適，衞生很好，住的安全放心，真有“賓至如歸”的感覺，酒店地處南平市核心商業區，毗鄰大潤發超市、麥當勞、樂唱KTV、建發商業中心，購物方便，娛樂用餐便捷；自酒店出發到武夷山景區約40分鐘，擁有上佳的地理交通優勢
