Pros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.

The front desk sister's service attitude is very good, and I also upgraded the room type for free. The room is large, quiet, and the health is good. First of all, the location is very convenient in the city center, Chaoyang Square, Nanning Department Store, Snack Street, Parkson, Third Street and Two Lanes are not far away. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic to upgrade our suites, stayed for 3 days, and cleaned the hygiene every day. Also took the initiative to put more mineral water, the staff was patient, lived very happy, rest assured. I highly recommend their hotel, and I will go to their home in the future.

I asked for the check-out time and went straight to check in. The late check-out at 2 o'clock the next day really understood me too much hahaha, thank them for such caring service. It is worth mentioning that the entrance to the railway station is more than 200 meters directly opposite the hotel! And 100 meters behind the hotel there is a direct bus to pick up the bus! 20 yuan per person, every 20 minutes. I originally wanted to take the train, but I didn’t expect it was revealed yesterday that a patient with the new crown had taken a train to Nanning and then changed the plane, but fortunately, it did not delay my trip. Thank you for the front desk lady on the second day of the New Year's Eve for staying at the post, for our group of four people to check in patiently, and later for us to check out late. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is opposite Nanning Station. There are a lot of food around the hotel. It takes ten minutes to walk from the hotel to Xiguan Night Market.
