I used to stay at the hotel where I usually stayed. After changing the owner and waiters, the experience was really bad. I don’t want to give it a single point. I took my daughter (who is a minor) to check in, and the waiter asked me to register my daughter's ID card. This may be the only hotel in the country that requires the registration of an underage child's ID card. I made a reservation for two nights. When I returned to the hotel on the second night, I found that the hotel had not been cleaned. The bath towels were folded and put back on the shelf after being used the night before. The toilet was not brushed and the bathroom was not cleaned. I asked the front desk to shirk it. My question is, because I didn’t ask the waiter to clean up before going out in the morning, do I need to tell the waiter? Isn’t room hygiene a must? The complimentary water was not given without asking. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. If I asked more than two questions, I would start yelling at people. Will not stay again in the future

The hotel is located in the central business district of the zoo. It is only two stops away from our school to the zoo. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance of the zoo on Line 1, and the transportation is convenient. Opposite it is Hwaseong City Plaza, adjacent to RT-Mart Plaza, where food and accommodation are integrated. There are also many shops in the mall, which is convenient for shopping. Its decoration style closely follows the youth of the times, and it is also very novel. Because it was the first time I came to this hotel, the staff also guided us patiently. Looking forward to staying next time.

It's a surprise to open the door to get takeaway. The bed in the room is very comfortable and soft. The fly in the ointment is that the pillows are too high. The room is still quite big.
