Checking in was smooth, but I was given a room with no WiFi and the reception lady had some kind of attitude. The breakfast lady is caring and lovely, the food was delicious

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Particularly regarding the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness. Several issues that affected my comfort: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of my room and certain common areas was below acceptable standards. The room appeared unclean and the bathroom facilities were not thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast are lesser comparing to my stay last year I believe the room would need some renovation and touchup work. I trust that these issues will be addressed immediately to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. This hotel is a bit run down although the room is super big with the price given. More for Men stay .... not recommended for ladies.
