2023年11月12號晚上上夜班的前廳服務員真的很差勁 ，真的這個服務員服務太差了，就簡直太差了。最主要的是態度問題。第一次見故意不給一次性拖鞋，兩個人入住衹有一雙膠拖鞋，去到前台問要一雙膠拖不給，一次性拖鞋不給，直接説沒有。剛開始我們進去住進去房間看見被子上有蟑螂，然後下去前台要求換一間房，直接跟我們説沒有這個房型了，叫我們退房，像是不想解決趕顧客一樣，態度不是一般的差。一直強調叫我們退房，晚上差不多12點了而且是週末，我們提前訂好房的。根本就不想解決，我直接給她看視頻被子有蟑螂然後她上去看房，下來才給我們換房，給我們的感受就是好像欠她幾百萬一樣的臉色。後面就是要拖鞋，前面一直説沒有拖鞋，兩個人用一雙拖鞋肯定不行的，然後換一個人下去要，然後又給了，這不是赤裸裸的故意欺騙消費嗎？這個服務員真的服務太差了。不知道叫什麼名字，沒有工牌。希望酒店管理層重視一下謝謝。
