前台業務不熟練我訂了早餐的訂單沒説早餐在幾樓還要我自己問 要是我不問我都以為我的訂單裏的含早是沒用的，開的還是是尾房窗外面還是工地，廁所到處是頭髮，第二天直接換了一家酒店，這是住過最差的雅斯特了！搞得我一個月沒敢在訂雅斯特品牌的酒店，心裏陰影。

房間氣味太難聞，剛進去三分鐘，就有點頭暈，
和前台反應後，叫保潔消毒，但是床墊和枕頭還是有不乾淨的，感覺沒有換過，這個是第二天酒醒後才發現

一般吧，會有人塞小卡片，我之所以訂你們家是因為我之前住過雅斯特酒店的南寧火車站人民公園店，給我的感覺非常好，位置好，安靜，衞生乾淨，也沒有遇到塞小卡片和收按金的情況，那裡的拖鞋還是一次性拖鞋，進門還有全身鏡，不知道為什麼同樣是雅斯特酒店你們和他們不一樣，多向他們學習吧，改進一下，其他都挺好的。

總體來説還不錯 但是感覺房間裏面桌子太窄了 不夠用 洗漱台的水不是很乾凈還是怎麼樣 洗完臉之後感覺臉很刺痛 總體來説還是不錯的 畢竟價格也不是很貴一百出頭的樣子 也不能要求太多 性價比非常高

房間裝修很漂亮~各種設施都感覺感覺很新，而且隔音很好，在二樓也不覺得吵，還是很好住的
附近吃的很多，交通也很方便，出門兩百米就是公交車站，加上這個房價可以説是差旅黨福音了hhhhhh 小林

同等價位的房間，按金比其他酒店多收一百，房間裏什麼消費品都沒有，房間還比其他酒店的房間小的可憐，進門就是兩張床，活動空間還沒衞生間的空間大。另外住的時候房門還沒有電，樓上樓下往前台跑了好幾趟，又在樓道里等了半個小時才給解決。最鬧心的是退房了前台説按金原路退回，兩天了都還沒退，打電話問酒店酒店説前台給忘了，説會懲罰當天上班的前台人員，然後就問我還有其他事沒，沒有就給掛了。這就是酒店對出現問題後該有的解決問題的態度和方法？？？

老牌連鎖酒店，服務不錯，環境還是比較適合休息的，安靜不吵。周邊的吃的購物出行都比較方便。設施就稍微陳舊了一點
