HanTing Hotel (Nanning Chaoyang Square Subway Station)

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was decent, but the only local specialties were the Laoyou vermicelli and a local brand of soy milk. I hope they can offer more local特色items. Below the room was a plaza where people sang karaoke, which was very noisy. It did quiet down during resting hours, though.

1. **Cleanliness:** Generally, the cleanliness was subpar. 2. **Environment:** The environment was just average. 3. **Service:** The service needs significant improvement. I was in town for a marathon, and when I asked for a late checkout, they insisted on charging an overtime fee. This is incredibly inflexible and inhumane. Management really needs to reconsider this policy – it's surprising for a nationwide hotel chain. Athletes certainly need to shower and rest after a race. Charging an overtime fee for just one extra hour is excessive. At checkout, I even asked if a five-star review could waive the fee, but the front desk flat-out refused. So, I'm simply reviewing truthfully. 4. **Facilities:** The facilities were decent, as expected from a national chain. My only complaint is that the water pressure from the showerhead was quite low; I suggest they replace it. These are all honest and truthful comments, without any exaggeration.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a high floor offering great views. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent and very patient. The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, and Chaoyang Plaza is right downstairs.
